"If it was possible to leave a review without a star, totally would. My mother in law had to use this title company for her house she was selling in Villa Ridge. They didn't communicate that they didn't have what they needed for her closing, not just once but 3 times until only a couple hours before the scheduled closing, each time. It took her listing agent reaching out to them before they stated it wasn't going to be closing. She had already packed up her cats to be out of town to make her new house closing. She has had to spend nearly 1k dollars to rent a couple uhauls to hold her stuff for over a week of delays, due to then not communicating with her or her agents. Totally understood it happening once but 3 times.. come on."
