"We had a great experience with You Move Me St. Louis. First, we did the virtual tour in order to estimate # of trucks and # of people we would need for the move. This was an amazing idea and worked out perfect. The estimate was right on, and I felt confident they knew exactly what needed to be moved. The communication from that point on was excellent. On the day of our move, the crew worked very hard and were very professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and were pleasant the entire time. I would strongly recommend You Move Me!"

"This was by far the worst moving experience of my life, and I have moved several times before. Multiple damaged pieces of furniture that were in pristine condition. My mattress tab was pulled from the mattress, exposing the fabric inside. And on top of that, I had to stop the movers from dragging my mattress on the ground while they ripped the plastic covering while dragging my mattress on the ground in dirt trying to get the mattress up the stairs. I clearly could tell the movers weren't experienced movers(very young adults), more experienced movers had to come out to assist with moving my washer and dryer, which they ended up moving out of my apartment with a since of urgency. While the young men were moving my mattress, I asked the more experienced movers why they were just watching the young men drag my mattress in the dirt. One of the movers responded, "They have to learn"? I was pissed. At whose expense. I also have a damaged mirrored TV stand and leather kitchen chairs. During the move, the employees were moving extremely slowly to run up the clock, which meant running up the money. A one-bedroom apartment turned into a 10-hour move. This company gets zero stars from me. The owner did reach out to me, asking what everything was worth. How was I supposed to respond? I paid a lot of my hard-earned dollars for the furniture I purchased. I will never use this moving company."
