You better contact your billing department & let them know I don't owe you anything. All payments were auto withdrawals & paid in full. The bank account # you have listed was closed in December 2023. Quit sending emails regarding future billings."

"I’ve had two very negative experiences with this agency, especially with the lack of explanations regarding coverages and rate increases. Additionally, in both cases I was not able to speak with Kristin directly and was asked to work with the admin staff. While they were very helpful, it was also obvious that I was not valued as a customer. While my lone policy may not be much, I still expect to be valued as a customer. I would recommend that anyone seek other insurance options before deciding to buy here. Thank you for reading."

"By far the best customer service I've ever dealt with when it comes to insurance, while shopping for a new vehicle all I had to do was call Brooke (kristen's assistant) and tell her what type of vehicle I was looking at and then she would call me back within five minutes with a quote; easy as pie. They are very polite, and they always seem to go above and beyond what you ask of them. To be completely honest I would pay more for my insurance just because of the quality of service I received through Kristen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking."
