"My fiance took his shirt to this place and told them he wanted to be sure it was done today as we have our engagement pictures this evening and just wanted the creases to be taken out and ironed because it was a new cinch shirt from PFI. ( We would of just done it ourselves if they couldn't get it done today we were just trying to save time) They closed early, they had our number, they could of given us a heads up. We could of came in between doctors appointments instead of waiting until the second one was over. Sign says they closed at 5:30. We got there at 3:30, we figured it would be fine. Bottom line, they knew the situation, we won't be using there services again."
"So my daughter in law took her coat to be cleaned and Jenny’s ruined her coat. The coat had been cleaned at other cleaners with no issues what so ever. The tag said not to dry clean. They told her it was perfectly fine. The dye from the coat bled through ( assuming they used different chemicals) she showed them what had happened and they cleaned the coat again. This coat was $150 new. They gave her $50 and charged her $15 to clean it. So she really only has $35 to go replace it. I called and asked them to give her another $50 so she could replace her coat with something. The female owner was rude and told me to feel free to take my business somewhere else if i didn’t like it. I’ve been going to this cleaner for years. I will now take my cleaning to Springfield. It’s important to treat your customers with kindness"
