"I have been ordering extra lettuce and tomato on my food since the beginning of time and I have never had the experience I hoped for. This morning at 2:10 AM I did. I ordered through the app and selected extra lettuce and tomato on my chalupa supreme and I was ecstatic. So ecstatic in fact that I broke out my phone and took a picture of my food! I was able to eat a chalupa supreme that nearly perfectly matched the advertisement photos. It was beautiful. Whoever prepared my order deserves to be appreciated in some way for their awesome work. Thank you to that person! You are awesome and I hope you are recognized for your worth to the company."

"Went last night, waited an hour in drive thru just to be told there was “no food” and nobody wanted to show up to work, that they were closed for the night. Nobody was answering at the speaker box to even let people know and let everybody in line wait at least an hour. We ordered online and the manager didn’t even explain what to do if you had already ordered online. Came back today to get what I ordered last night and am still waiting after 30 minutes. Not to mention I specifically asked for a follow up on the feedback left my email and phone number, have yet to be contacted. Most likely not coming back to Taco Bell in Bolivar. Extremely unprofessional. Last two times we’ve come here has been terrible service. Update: They did give us three free Taco coupons for our wait today which is appreciated, but still have yet to be contacted or compensated for the fiasco last night."
