"Went into the office and inquired about getting newly installed propane on our property into two buildings (two tanks). They were helpful and I requested a site visit. I hadn't heard back the next week so I called in. I got a call back from 'Jeff' and I went through the same description of what I wanted again and he said he had a problem 'tying up' two tanks for what may be not enough propane use. He basically said he wasn't going to service us. Thanks for nothing."
"We live pretty far out of town in an older, drafty home, and during the coldest snaps, there are times the propane is depleted quicker than expected. On more than one occasion Doke has gone out of their way to ensure our tank was full and we didn't run out of heat. I've used other companies in the past that are rigid in their routes, that usually couldn't come out for a week or so, and we've had to keep the house very cold worrying about if the propane will last until they arrive. I called Doke during one of these periods and they came out the next day. I haven't used anyone else since. They even did an emergency service call on Christmas Eve one year when we had a valve go out on our old tank. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to be lifelong customers."
