To place an order, simply call us to pre-pay over the phone. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up at our store. "Flowers didn't even look like the picture online -- not only in color but in quantity as well; my mother does similar work and COVID is not an excuse for this. My bf ordered a month ago and paid for next-day delivery; the flowers didn't get here until three days later. His card wasn't charged until 2 WEEKS LATER! Us being college students, he didn't have $120 available 2 weeks later when he should've been charged that night or at least the next business day and he felt like this service was not worth $120 so he didn't pay up until a month later. Mind you, I had no idea this was happening as we are long-distance right now. Awful services and presentation. He had bought me a tiny bouquet 2 years ago from here and it was cute! Don't know what happened."

"If I could rate 0 starts, I would. The flowers smelled like chemicals. I contacted them, and indicated I would get a refund. After waiting 6 weeks, still no refund I contacted them again and was told "we don't do refunds". Lady I talked to (said she was the owner) argued that the previous person shouldn't have offered a refund. In any event, she finally agreed to refund my money. that was almost 3 months ago. Still no refund. She wanted me to return the flowers for an exchange, but I live 1 hr. away. I'm not driving for an hour to return flowers that smelled like paint. HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid this place."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered flowers for a friends dad's funeral. I ordered red and white and they sent pink. When they were notified it was wrong and unacceptable they refused to make it right. We weren't asking for a full refund but felt they should have done something - after all I did pay $117 ( for wrong flowers) .... Not costumer friendly."
