"Zero stars would be appropriate for this Applebee’s location in Marshall, Missouri. My card was charged for another table’s ticket which was double my bill. I caught it, informed the server who instead of comping my meal (a salad) runs my card again for the amount of my meal! So at this point I have paid for two tickets! I spoke with two managers to get the first charge reversed. In the meantime, my bank account was out the additional money for a meal that was not mine and the restaurant offered no compensation to me for this error. Instead I was met with passive/aggressive managers who insisted no wrongdoing had occurred and it was “just a mistake that happens sometimes”… so you often charge people for other people’s meals and do nothing unless the customer calls you out and then say the customer was “hateful”. *Stay away from this location with poor service and management."
"I picked up a to-go order after a day at the range. Food was bagged and waiting for me at the door when I arrived. Everything was plated nicely in the to-go boxes. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our entire order was exactly as expected. If you're in Marshall, I definitely recommend this Applebee's."
"Best Applebee’s experience ever. Personable waitress, hot fresh food, and witnessed great teamwork from the staff to cover down when there was only one cook. Seemed like a well oiled machine in the front of the house and then the managers kicked in to help in the kitchen when needed. Plus the $6 drink specials were tasty!"
"Traveled to Marshall MO for work. This Applebee's is adjacent to the Comfort Inn. I sat at the bar and was greeted by Zusan ( not a typo) who was a warm, friendly, and helpful server. I ordered the blackened salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was cooked a bit more than I prefer but was fresh, hot, and well seasoned. The rest of the meal was great. I wanted a bourbon with dinner. Other than a house brand I had never heard of, the choices were Makers Mark and Crown Royal. I would have liked to see a top shelf choice. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. If you are in Marshall MO, this restaurant is a solid choice."
"Julie our waitress was fantastic. Excellent service and very friendly. Also Sean the GM very friendly and both took time to talk to us. Highly recommend this place. The food was cooked perfectly and Julie made an amazing Bahama mama drink We will be going every Thursday for dinner. Our new favorite place."
