"After arriving in Pittsburgh what should have been a 10-30 min wait while we swapped drivers turned into over 4 hours of waiting with not one person coming to let us know what's going on....Driver finally arrives to tell us he was looking for his work phone and he over slept SMH.....he did get us back on track....we get to st Louie for our 2 hr layover should have left at 5:45pm its now 8:34pm Greyhound has no protocol no plan b c or d If a bus doesn't start we sit til someone decides to do something if a driver doesn't show we sit til he does and all we get is sorry for the inconvenience NEVER WILL I EVER PUT MY MONEY IN TO GREYHOUND AGAIN THE WORST FORM OF TRANSPORTATION IVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE #GREYHOUNDSUCKSREALBAD!!!!!!!"

"This is my favorite bus station. I've been to so many over the years and this one is the nicest!! Clean, well organized and so nice to be in. It's close to transits and many downtown attractions. Staff are always kind and helpful. This station is the standard that all others should try to live up to, but don't care enough to."

"Sunday 8-05-2018 Worst exp ever. Lady at the ticket counter ripped me off twice! Priced ticket she says $44 so i get money transferred and oh its magically $107 now. She never said $44. Paid 107 anyways go to the terminal and 3 more people waiting for the bus. Never shows so we ask. Oh its all our fault we missed our bus, we are so stupid right?! I can wait 9 hrs for a bus or just call a ride from 4hrs away. Lady wont give me money back, only a ticket for a later bus that cost less than i gave her so i guess she pocketed that cash huh. When i called customer service they said go back the the counter and talk to mgr. He was worse. Its all my fault i missed a bus that was bever their. Eventhough 3 others missed it too.. Mon 8-5-2018. Customer service comes clean and says the bus infact never did show and was cancelled! They tried to offer me a travel coupon but im over 2hrs from a gh and ill never ride another. I was so upset about the lady that i demanded my full 107 back and not just the 97 she cheated me out of. So thats $10 in her pocket right... i am also going to see to it that both of them crooks are fired and brought up on charges. If not ill go after gh. The way they did me was unprofessional and criminal. Watch out in st Louis. Glad im 4 hrs away or id have been back raising the roof!"

"My friend had a delay of four hours because there wasn't a bus driver for the bus. This made it impossible for him to catch his transfer, and the only option was to switch to an entirely different route where there were four bus transfers. With this kind of a delay how can we trust that any of those transfers would be made successfully? On top of this, the ticket counter was left unmanned for an hour longer than they said they would be gone. Thus, a giant line formed from people needing new tickets due to the delay. Never again will we be using this service and I would recommend others find a different way to travel."
