"My 4yr old daughter was removed from her class and placed in a group she’s not ready for. I was given two different reasons as to why. My daughter has stated she plays games upstairs and isn’t dancing, her story hasn’t changed. Then while removing my daughter from Shapes they charged me a cancellation fee. Why are they charging me a fee because they failed to teach my daughter dance and then lie to me as to what they were doing with her? AND instead of adults teaching the classes they’re having 11 and 12 yr olds teach the classes. Isn’t there a thing against child labor? So I’m paying the adult to teach but the children are the ones teaching each other? NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL."
