"I think it's sad because of the conditions of the exam rooms are pitiful. A Great Doctor from Columbia, MO is given such an old school and small rooms.. Old tables where you are examined are so small you can't straighten your legs while on it. The Fitzgibbon should be ashamed for giving a Columbia Doctor such a shabby area. Especially a ❤ doctor."

"This office patient care/ customer service is AWFUL! Everything was great until The new dr came in and now every time I need a refill They screw something up and I have to drive 30 minutes one way for them to fix it. They never admit to their mistakes and never make it about convenience for the patient. I’m currently looking for a new physician all because of the new Dr. sad because we LOVE the girls in the lab, the secretaries, Eric horning (the PA) and Terry his nurse. But it’s not worth wasting every day off I have trying to get medication that I NEED!"
