"Michael has always been very helpful for my husband and I from the very beginning. When we needed a consultation it was very last minute and he worked us right in. In the middle of our case some unforeseen things happened that put a pause on what we were trying to do but Michael was quick to let us know what he could still do to help instead of just dropping us. We have been very pleased and thankful for Michaels hard work and will continue to use him for any future needs."

"Now enough time has passed to not fear retribution from this poor excuse of a lawyer. Mr. Horn was assigned to our case as a GAL back in the end of 2016. We had to deal with his bias and defending ourselves from the mother's false allegations. He would be combative with us and we had to constantly present evidence to show her lies and he would have to back himself up. It was ridiculous. The next time we went back to court in 2019, he was defaulted in as the GAL since he was previously in that position. He withdrew from the case (which I thought was a good thing) but turns out he withdrew so he could be a witness for the mother against us, preparing to support more of her lies. Thankfully the judge threw it out, but do not let the court assign this lawyer to you. He is a disgrace to the bar and the duty that a GAL is meant to perform as an unbiased support for the child."

"Beware of this attorney. He doesn't answer phone calls, lies, takes his precious time, and to top it off, didn't pay a gigantic bill that was supposed to be covered in the lawsuit. The settlement was divided in three, one third to him, one third to medical bills (a chiropractor HE said he had a working relationship with- that he NEVER PAID) so now my fiance has a $3,500 bill going to collections! Will be contacting the bar association and seeing what can be done about his failure. The last time my fiance was there, the secretary said he had some papers he needed to sign off on, she lost them. Never called us back and never returned phone calls. The entire time my fiance had this man as an attorney he NEVER called us back a single time. We stuck with it because we were already a year in when we realized how shoddy of an attorney he was and didn't wanna start over from scratch. It was 2 years before we saw the end of this, and never once, not one single time, did he EVER contact us or call us back. He just wanted us to rack up these chiropractor bills he flaked on. I'm sorry, but a good attorney doesn't ignore his clients, I spoke to his secretary that didn't know what she was talking about or even doing (lost the papers and then never got back to us, if you want us to sign, call, I'm not chasing y'all down anymore.) Pay the chiropractor. He never paid the hospital, still getting billed for that, all of this was supposed to be taken care of BY MICHAEL HORN, he received 2/3rds of the settlement and he was supposed to pay these bills with 1/3 of the 2/3 he got, he didn't. Apparently, he just pocketed it, because they're coming after us for it. I'm furious, this WILL be fixed, or we'll be speaking with the bar association AND another attorney."

"My family was very happy with Michael's work. He was always honest and direct and his staff very organized and great communication skills. We were told up front about costs so we could be prepared. My cousin didn't speak English and I was out of town so they recommended an amazing interpreter who was also very helpful throughout the entire process, including followup classes he had to take. He recommended another attorney more specialized in another type of case that we also had, instead of just taking our money and messing up the case. Important to add that everyone in this office was very respectful of cultural and language differences and so accommodating. If anyone ever has a problem here, they probably need to check their own issues. We have had several lawyers over the years and Michael is the best! Highly recommend!!"

"Called to speak with Mr Horn about my charges , options , and how much he would charge. Had to leave a voicemail for a call back. Then 2 hours later some young office help gentlemen calls back....I said this is the charge on the ticket which I believe is a class d misdemeanor. He says I don't know anything about law.....seriously why are you calling me then. He says to make appointment. I live 90 minutes away I want to deal with this over the phone and would like to speak with the attorney to see how much he would charge me to take the case and what my options are. He says you can pay up front and make a phone appointment....I don't even know if I want your services, I haven't even been able to speak with attorney to see if I like him. He says I can have a phone consultation for $100. Are you kidding me. I hung up. What kind of attorney charges $100 to see if im even interested in hiring them. Definitely a money hungry , greedy one. And not the kind of person that I want to do business with."
