The leasing office also had a wonderful staff, they were the best office staff I've ever dealt with and Annie Aslinger page immensely helpful along with Katie."

"2.6.24: Below is my honest review. I had a 30 minute conversation with new management and feel that Rebecca is committed to improving this property and is very open to feedback. While I still can not recommend Country Club Place, positive changes appear to be in motion. 2.5.24: Worst apartment complex possible. Multiple positive reviews are from staff members and or their family/friends. Some staff is friendly, managers are borderline cruel. Previously, management would not discuss my issue with me. They lied about policies, overcharge for rundown and disgusting apartments.. I could write 5000 words about the stunts they've pulled including trying to tow my car for an expired license plate. Maintenance has some good but I was guilt tripped when I called and told that a burst pipe "wasn't an emergency". Do not give them your business, you will regret it."

"SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR DEPOSIT ! It was the worst place I've ever lived in the USA, this apartment complex just takes money out of your pocket, maintenance takes a long time to respond, the appliances are old. Not to mention we didn't have air conditioner for about 3 months while living here. We had 30 maintenance request in our two years of living there. Now 2 months after moving out they say we have 800$ in damages! We left the place spotless (besides obvious wear and tear of two years of living there) and while dropping our keys off we asked the girl up front if everything was good for us to move and she said yes! we left them our new address and never received any letter or anything in regards to any charges so now I've been made aware of all of this from the collections company! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!"

"I made a terrible mistake renting there!!! My advice is be very thorough on taking pictures when moving in. My 300 dollar deposit was taken and was sent a bill saying I owe 448 dollars. Charges for fireplace chipping, resurfacing on stove and cut mark on counter that was already there when I moved in. When I moved in the stove top already had stains on it which I wrote on check sheet. Fireplace was in the same condition as when I moved in. After putting in a maintenance work order my bathroom ceiling was falling on me for months. The week I had moved out which was almost 2 months later I got a call saying the ceiling was fixed. I tried to resolve issues with management and got the run around. Only thing that was made clear was that if balance isn't paid it would be put on my credit. I was charged for things that I shouldn't have been. I rented several other places and never had the issues that I encountered here. I always clean and leave apartments in great shape. I was warned about this apartment and there need to come up with all kinds of charges. Needless to say had I known the outcome would be that terrible I would have never moved here."

"I wish you could give a zero. This place has gone so far down hill. They go through so many managers and it keeps getting worse. They ignore your phone calls, you can call with your caller ID on and with it off and get two completely different responses. Oh, before I forget there will be a reply saying they are sorry and to call them, they don't care. Rent keeps going up, water comes in the windows when it rains hard staining and molding the carpet, mold is inside the walls as they plug up leaks without drying them out. Don't worry about calling maintenance, if they actually show up they won't be able to fix your issue. You will never get your deposit back, even if you remodeled the apartment and put new floors down you won't get your deposit. If you read this and the other one star reviews and still move into this place you are crazy. Be careful in the parking lot as there are no effective speed bumps, another reviewer called the parking lots the Indy 500. You've been warned."
