"When fraud hits your account, DO NOT expect to have any kind of credit or resolution in a timely fashion. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable how lackluster and nonchalant they act about getting to your dispute. No worries guys I’ll just tell all the bill collectors that you guys haven’t had a chance to look at my dispute I filed 7 DAYS AGO! Definitely will be closing my account as soon as this issue is resolved (if it ever gets resolved)"
"This has to be the worst run bank ever. I’ve complained in the past to them but my concerns just fall on deaf ears. Make a deposit before 7pm and funds are still not available next day. Constantly putting fraud alerts on my debit cards even though I use the cards at the same places daily. And then when there is fraud, they completely miss it. They claim it’s MasterCard but MC hasn’t nothing to do with the fraud alerts. CB puts the fraud alerts on and removes them. Not MC. They have a $2000 daily limit on business cards. Have to call daily to get a limit increase. I do not recommend this bank at all."
