"I absolutely love this bank! Everyone here is like family! I have never had an issue here at all! I bank personally here and my job does there banking through them and as I said no problem at all. Lisa the manager is always happy and kind even if I don’t need her help. She like my bank mom, always wise and helpful. Kylie the teller supervisor, let me tell you, always above and beyond. Any questions at all, she always has an answer. If I have any odd occurrences with my account, I will call her and she gets it figured out or answers any questions even if they are dumb ones! Laurinda, she is a character and always makes me laugh. I usually see her everyday for my work baking, and man she is speedy and good at it too. She always double checks my deposits cause most the time I can’t count and nothing gets past her, always point out and fixing my mistakes! I can’t forget Robert, he is fantastic. If I’m in a hurry and go through the drive thru, he is like a machine for real, In and out! Honestly, faster than any fast food drive thru. He is straight to the point but has a fun side that makes it feel like your talking to your brother. I will not say I wouldn’t recommend this bank cause of the bank but I absolutely would recommend it for the people! Will not go anywhere else!!!"

"Every transaction needs to be treated with respect. Just an fyi people can hear you clearly when you talk about them in the offices. Also telling people they can’t take pictures when they try to access the customer survey code from the sign in your lobby is just kind of rude and unnecessary. Everyone deserves respect. Whether or not you like the way they look. The gentlemen in the drive thru was very nice and very helpful however. His kindness and professionalism is a good example for some of his coworkers to follow."
