Aventura at Wild Horse Creek Apartments 16573 Wild Horse Creek Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017

"I stayed in these apartments for 9 months. I would not recommend these apartments for multiple reasons; 1. They have very strict lease breaking policy. I had to pay 3-4 months extra rent which was equal to 8 K. Even though they had 20 plus people in line for leasing but still they did not let me to sublease or showed any flexibility. They want you to give 60 days notice and also 2 months rent for breaking lease which was equal to 8 K total. Even we left apartment and moved to house 3-4 months ago but they still wanted us to pay for all the utilities and Carpot(parking) even till June 2. They are so strict about everything that it feels like jail. Strict rules on everything. For example trash pick up is usually at 7 and they want you to put trash outside of door from 5-7 pm if you put it outside before 5 even 4 next day there will be notice on your door for warning. Same goes on for every tiny thing. We honestly did not enjoy our stay. They are also expensive compare to their competitors. Lot of other good apartments complex 300-400 cheaper in 2 mile radius."

As this was our first time renting an apartment, they really helped guide us through the process. They always greeted us with a smile and strived to make apartment living enjoyable for all residents. The maintenance team was great, handling any problem very promptly. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend you visit Kelsey and Lisa"

"Wouldn’t recommend these apartments. They are expensive and give feel like prison as they are strict about so many things that you are always scared that they will give you notice on minor things. Very strict on leasing policy. They Don’t do short term lease. Make sure you read leasing policy carefully before you sign with them."

"Brittany, Kelsey, and Lisa are all amazing! The maintenance staff are friendly, quick, and efficient. The apartment home is absolutely beautiful. This is a wonderful community to live in. It’s quiet, clean, and safe. The staff at Aventura made my stay absolutely pleasant. I would highly recommend this location."

"I've been meaning to leave a review! We moved in at the end of April from out of state, and they made EVERYTHING as easy as possible for us from the minute we arrived. Brittany G (I don't want to butcher her last name lol) was great! Her energy was/is contagious. The staff is friendly, the neighbors are friendly, and the apartment community itself is clean. I love the apartment. No complaints. Couldn't be happier. 5stars for you guys!"
