"I have banked a with central bank for a few years now and even pay extra for the max money benefits. Yet this is the only branch that I have gone to that won’t let me go through the drive through for a money order or cashiers check. The employees stated that it’s the branch managers rule and because of this it’s not possible to do. Mind you, your branch is small, with only one drive through window right next to the building. The parking lot is also small and doesn’t have much parking. If you need to go back into the bank you have to drive into traffic on the main road. The whole point of having a drive through for your members is convenience. I realize there are some things that need to be done inside, but this is not one of them. Every other branch I have gone to allows me to do this through the drive through. It might seem silly and simple to go inside but that isn’t always the case for every customer."
