After no luck with anything that would be considered an answer at my own branch I walked into the Branson west branch. I sat down with a man named Ricardo Arriaga. Within five minutes he gave me answers I was looking for for a week, within 90 minutes I had all my money with all overdraft fees taking care of. Customer service still exists in Branson west thanks to Ricardo Arriaga"
