"I found the property manager to be unhelpful, rude, and borderline criminal. Once the manager realized that I was part of the lbgtqa+ community their treatment of my partner and I nosedived. They made repeated bigoted comments, dead-naming, and misgendereing me. I informed them my business would be taken elsewhere. I just found them to be all-around inhospitable and nasty."
