They do this with no repercussions and act like it’s “just a computer glitch” and say sorry about that. A bank that does this to people who depend on their paychecks should be held accountable and charged huge fines."

"Central bank recently changed this my choice checking policy to charge a $5 maintenance fee without informing their customers. They mentioned they sent a flyer, but I certainly never got it or it was not clear. However, the people at the Springfield branch were very nice and helped me to switch to their free checking account, which is basically the same thing without a built in mint app. This seems like a corporate money grabbing play and not a fault of the branch itself. Many people won't notice and they will get lots of free money. Watch your back and maybe switch your bank."
