"Consistently disappointed with this bank, not specifically this building, just the company. I am having troubles with my card this weekend, and there is no one to help me. this is not the first time this has happened, and i’m at a loss. On saturday morning, i called the bank to let them know I would be putting down a down payment, and transferring lots of money. I couldn’t get it in cash because they were already closed. with everything happening with Covid, you would think they have some sort of 24 hour assistance. The world doesn’t stop on the weekends, when most purchases are being made. I cant just stop my purchasing with MY money because I have no one to contact to unlock my card. Very embarrassing to have to scrape money together when I had trust in my bank to keep the majority of it. I understand people need days off, but they would not be out of luck to find someone to be available to work the weekend. My patience with this company is wearing thin."
