"We have been members for over 30 years and the customer service has really declined the past 2-3 years. Getting a loan is a hassle and just getting someone to pick up the phone is a problem. Also, their online platform is antiquated. If you are looking for a credit union, go to one of the other ones in the area."

"So this is what happened yesterday. I used a Volt ATM to get my brothers discount check money out because it doesn’t charge a fee, which is good. However in part of the bills was a torn $20. It was still 3/4 there. I didn’t notice it between the other bills. However when I went to deposit it in my union bank they wouldn’t take it. Took it back to Volt they wouldn’t take it. However this is what is supposed to happen Under regulations issued by the Department of the Treasury, mutilated United States currency may be exchanged at face value if: More than 50% of a note identifiable as United States currency is present."

"I have had two car loans through Volt. The first in 2016, then again in 2020 after my car was totaled by hail. I had been with a bank for over 35 years but they were very difficult and were cold, off-putting and rude. I went to Volt and it was amazing. The loan officer, Tammy, was wonderful. I got the loan and It was hassle free and so easy. When I get a new vehicle I will definitely go back to Volt. Five stars and then some!!"
