"This may seem not important to most people and I understand if there's nothing you can do. I searched for a local journalist and it lead me to you. I am in need of help even a phone call would help. My problem is I bought a vehicle from Car-Mart in Joplin Mo. I already had one issue that was resolved because they sold the car they promised me. Now around the beginning of December 2023 my truck was put in the shop because it needed a new engine I was told 2 weeks max is what it would take. It is now January 17th 2024 and no information on my truck. I was out of work a little bit and I had to struggle to make a payment but I did and then today I went in to make a payment under the promise my truck was ready. I paid and then they told me they don't know were my truck is. I called them and told them my boss advanced me the money on my check to be able to get my truck and that was ALL the money I had. At home me my wife and 3 daughters have no water no heat and I could of used that money to help my family. They Lied to me and now my family is suffering so they can profit. I went from nesoho to Joplin for nothing yo leave broke and no truck. that truck is my way to work yo make money and they know that.. the manager just said there's nothing they can do. didn't offer my money back nothing.. not even a replacement vehicle. I'm embarrassed and depressed that I lost everything I had to try and take care of my family.I worked all week in the negative temperatures outside at my job for that money and it was basically stolen and they don't care"

"I’ve gotten 2 cars from here, and will only work with Jessica when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. She is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for her customers. I originally went to them before moving to Missouri but the moment I made the moved I went back and asked to work directly with Jessica.
