"If you have a loved one immobile or needs assistance please do NOT consider KCARE! Owner Katrina told me she has staff of 40 unable to provide a single person if ypu are private pay please keep all your times and dates we were double billed and grossly charged incorrectly there was no accountability. nurse Katrina did NOT fill pills and lied and said she did you can NOT get her help on weekends she will say " left my files st work I'm at home cooking dinner" She will tell ypu someone will be there for your loved one and they won't show. She sends same inept person and person calls in sick. Have used home health 12 years this is by far worst company ever Be prepared to not get caregiver on holidays she says she can't afford to pay overtime so you take care of loved ones on holidays. I brought one caregiver with me to KCARE and she is used 24/7 She calls her staff " her workers" she is unkind she thought we were using too many gloves for a Priority One Quadriplegic. She reprimanded us she sends workers unvaccinated. I had to ask a Csregiver to wear a mask this caregiver sat snd ate her Romin Noodles all night and left her personal bowl and spoon in microwave I called and reported her and Katrina sent her the next night she does not listen to your needs she refused to train the girls and sent them in cold to use a Hoyer lift. She sent a girl who was high on meth and nurse Becker told us we were particular Katrina Becker Contact me I can provide working documents about this Don't do it to yourself"
