"After reading some of the other reviews, one of the workers in the store is extremely rude. I decided to take my business elsewhere as he decided to get smart with me after I asked a simple question. I asked if rates were consistent with UPSP and UPS because I had never shipped a package. Instead of simply saying “I am unsure”, he proceeded to make multiple unnecessary comments. I have never had a good experience with him as I frequent this location. I will absolutely not be coming back to this location. Description of him: short guy, black hair & glasses."

"As a retired UPS employee. The customer service of one of the employees. Let’s say didn’t represent UPS standards… Short guy dark hair with glasses . Let’s just call him Mr. Warmth. He should watch more customer service videos. I wont be going back to that store anytime soon. Say hello to the little short guy with glasses..Mr WARMTH..Great job pal"

"I go to the UPS out of proximity/ convenience ONLY when I am in a pinch for time. I’ve had direct interaction with the owner of this location when I waited in line to make a couple Amazon returns. He told me the employees couldn’t help me and I would need to use the Amazon return kiosk. There was no one else in line behind me, so I asked politely for a second time if someone at the store could just assist me. Amazon really needs to do their due diligence in which UPS locations they choose to partner with rather than partnering with the UPS brand in their entirety. Need a label printed? They will charge you the standard UPS $.15 plus $3.50 for a “rush job” bringing the total to $3.99 even if there is no one else in the location. Nearly every time I visit this location there are other customers complaining about service or costs. I would avoid this location if possible."

"I ordered several hundred dollars worth of copies / booklets from this location. When I arrived to pick them up I was handed a stack of copies / books. I asked if they could please put them in a box (or bag) as most UPS stores do. They went looking for an old empty box. Ironically this is a shipping store and there were plenty of boxes. The employees said no, we can't provide a box because owners don't want to spend money on boxes. There are costs associated with doing business and I paid a lot for my print order. Not wanting to spend money on something simple like a box / bag to keep my copies clean and neat cost them money in the long run. Do yourself a favor and choose another store or better yet, use the Office Depot next door. I ordered copies from them too and they were in a nice sturdy box and were ready earlier than they were supposed to be."

"I returned an amazon purchase with a prepaid ground label. The employee told me to use the amazon return device they had vs scanning the packing for me and issuing a receipt. I'd never used or seen the amazon return kiosk before and was hesitant but followed instructions. It prompted me to select if I wanted a text email or no rece, I selected email and proceeded with entering my information. I waited a while a didn't receive an email. I waited awhile longer before going back in the store for assistance. The employee had no information on how the return kiosk worked, how long it usually takes to receive the email nor what heading or email address it should be coming from. He stated he never did a return on it before in a condescending manner. Went on to say how UPS is franchised and so on and so forth, I guess to let me know that they wouldn't be responsible if something was lost or misplaced/misrouted etc. I continued to ask questions about how I could get proof that I had in fact returned the item and he scoffed and told me to take a picture of the tracking number. It was a prepaid label that I printed and attached myself so that was useless. I expressed my concern about not having a receipt because it was an expensive item, a laptop, and if I didn't have a paper receipt nor email proving it was returned anything could happen to it and I'd be liable, not them as he made very clear. Anything can happen if it didn't show I no longer was in possession of the item. Amazon could say I never took it to the store or anything. My point and frustration was this and the employee could careless, offered no additional assistance or assurance. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store for shipping needs of any kind. The employee showed a lack of respect, compassion, communication, and had no commitment to providing excellent customer service as the brand suggests. Very disappointing. I just pray my package is scanned by the UPS driver accordingly whenever they pick up and Amazon receives it as planned."
