"Horrible transfer experience. During a transfer - wear and tear items are considered damages, liability potential in the thousands of dollars. VM also wants the money up front, before the work is performed, not even sure how this is possible as contractors don't charge until the work is complete. When we attempted to cancel the transfer and remain in our originally agreed upom lease, VM informed us they had already leased out apartment, and tried to strong arm us in to paying the damages. Now we're still on the hook for over $1000. Whatever they tell you, get it in writing, be prepared to go to court if VM tries to pull a fast one."

Residents here appreciate that Oddo manages our apartment building but the communication from the Aspen Staff and the Oddo staff, certainly is not a strong attribute."

"This place is AWFUL, the landlords and management is terrible at Oddo Development, they claim to be a "brand new luxurious property" but a huge piece of my balcony exterior has been damaged for over 5 months since the first day i moved in. I have contacted them multiples times with no fix. My bathroom also has a window leak that took them over 4 months to fix, now my blinds and windows are stained and they haven't repaired them either. I'm paying $1400 to live here and they don't fix a thing and don't care as long as they collect rent every month. They also claim to be a gated community and the gates are NEVER closed."
