"Literally the worst bank ever. Their atm is closed. They don’t have a coin counter. They shut my card off this summer when I was out of state over a $8 Amazon purchase and DIDNT tell me!!! It took days for them to turn my card back on and they would not answer their phones during that time because they were “short staffed”. Normal people don’t work “bank hours” making it inconvenient to come in if you don’t answer your phones? Not to mention I was out of state without any money!!! If I didn’t have so many things on auto pay I would switch banks in a second. I’ve never had anything but inconveniences and issues with this bank. 0/10."
