"We took advantage of one of their promotions that we received in the mail. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcome from Tracy Kelley. It was less than 10 minutes to set-up the special, and then we began to chat. Within our discussion, it was made clear this is a locally owned bank. Meaning, the decisions are made right there in Bolivar. We met Russ, over the lending department, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and showed a great deal of passion to help our small business with an equipment loan. Trisha Turner, the President, was there in passing, and carved time out of her day to welcome us and give a tour of the entire bank. What a joy it was meeting all of the associates within the bank. Walking in today, I was a stranger, but I feel like family to these hardworking, passionate, and caring associates. Thank you, Lime Bank for taking care of my family!"

"Used to think that this bank was fantastic, customer service was great anytime I needed anything I was able to get ahold of the person I needed to get ahold of. Recently things for some reason has changed I've placed five calls trying to get a hold of one person leaving messages and call back number and still have not received a call back so I guess at this point I will just have to keep calling or physically drive an hour away from my home to speak to the person that I need to. like I said this Bank used to be fantastic but I'm highly disappointed at this point."
