The location is awesome. Restaurants, shopping and recreational all within walking distance. The highway is just a stone throws away which makes getting anywhere very easy. "It's great!! The lofts is a smaller community, so everyone knows everyone, and it is truly a family atmosphere. Minnette & the management team are very responsive to any requests (maintenance or otherwise) and they put on cool community events for tenants that bring everyone together. Pool parties, holiday dinners, etc. My favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in."

"This apartment is awesome! The whole leasing process was made extremely easy by the rockin' staff members. Minnette was very nice and informative and answered all my questions. My favorite thing about the LoFTS is that it is so community oriented. Everyone here that I have met wants to be my friend and hang out. There is a great vibe, cool decor, and great security. Location is great too, right next to bar, gas station, grocery store, and others. Rooms are great with very muted, neutral colors so you can decorate creatively, and amenities are second to none. Apply and come join the fun!"
"The lofts is a great place and community to live at. Friendly tenants and very quiet at anytime of day. The management and staff are all awesome including the fast responsive communication. The maintenance team is great as well! I like the design of the whole lofts and artwork. A great modern place to call home. Easy road access location and the area is growing! Plenty to do and eat."
