"My husband got to the pharmacy around 1:20 after one of his prescriptions had been delayed and he finally got a message saying that it was ready. He was sent to the side window because he wanted to check out goodrx and optum prices. A woman was helping him when a man came over telling my husband that they go to lunch at 1:30 and acted irritated that my husband had several prescriptions to fill. My husband pointed out that there was nothing to indicate that they closed at 1:30 for lunch. My husband ended up telling the lady to do the best she could and left paying $30 more than he really should have had she taken the time to go through his optum list. Terrible customer service!!"

"They make the experience robotic and odd...Asking for ID and then having the pharmacist go over meds even when I said "that's ok I've been on them awhile" and everyone is close enough to hear everything. It's just a bad pharmacy at ALL locations. Walgreens will always be the best."

"I had to pick up a a very expensive prescription for my very ill family pet the night before Thanksgiving. Walmart was packed. $189 for a week's worth of pills. What can I say, we love our puppy. Just as I was checking out the pharmacist said hold up because she remembered an email about this drug recently. She then announced that there was a discount available and instead of $189 it would only be $45. She was busy, but saw an opportunity to help. So shines a good deed in a weary world. Thank you."

"Used to be pretty good. Now they’re a total train wreck. Absolutely no care for their clients and their policies make t almost impossible for clients to get the meds they need. Will be changing pharmacies ASAP this week. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone!"
