"I stayed here last year too bc of an inconvenience at my “home” and didn’t have a deposit and they didn’t have a problem with my service animal but this last time they did. If you walk around without socks your feet they will be pitch black and I killed a spider but I found a dead one so they probably sprayed. Wasn’t awful for a place to sleep/stay not friendly, nothing special but price was decent if I get my deposit back but you have a couple or a few hundreds of rooms why put someone with a child and no human decency above someone being forced to stay in a motel because of personal reasons. Idk do better."
"Had a great stay, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was very convenient. Microwave and refrigerator in room. The people who manage make you feel welcomed."
"Old! They’ve put new furniture and linens, but the heat/ac was straight out of the seventies. All of the infrastructure was old and just painted over many times. Location is pretty handy for a Silver Dollar City visit."
"Nice inexpensive place. My room had a fridge and microwave. There's a $100 deposit required that they return to you after your stay. Great place to stay if you're in the area to visit Silver Dollar City since it's less than two miles away."
"The definition of a roach motel! The first problem was room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Then the roaches!! The room had dozens on the walls and in the bathroom. I’m not exaggerating when I say DOZENS!! The front desk did “apologize” saying “That’s awful” and “I’m sorry” but followed those statements with “Well it is a Motel 6” we asked for another room but were told all others were full. Asked for a refund and that was also declined. Stay far far away from this place!"
