"Unfortunately I can not give a negative star and post this review. I am required to give at least one star to post this waste of my time. I was the only person in line. I stated I needed to ship something. I was asked if I was paying for shipping and I replied that it was already pre-paid. I then asked for one piece of tape to secure the top. I was informed that I would need to pay 1 dollar for one piece of tape. I confirmed what I thought that I heard and yes one dollar for one piece of tape. I understand inflation is hitting everyone but this is just wrong. I explained that not only would I spend my own valuable time with a negative comment here but, that I would be in fact driving back to my hotel because they obviously know something about customer service. Terrible customer service and likely management!!! :("
