"This bank has not only messed with my money, but my step sons money as well. We work at a correctional center. We get paid by the state and they messed up with my account for my car. My step son got paid last month June 30th. He has yet to see any money for the paycheck. Also this is the only bank I have seen that does not have a 24 hr call center that is 24hrs. They also but my wife's last name in wrong as her previous marriage name and when shown a state document they won't accept it as proof."
