"This bank has gone to hell really quick, apparently one can take money out of your account with a sloppily and hastily filled out withdrawal slip. Complained and was told that the Branch Manager would call me, well apparently, they can't be bothered, NO ONE has contacted me."

"I have been an equity bank customer for almost 15 years with the Windsor branch and I decided to open an account in Sedalia for more convenience while I lived there and have had nothing but constant problems and neglectful comments as well as complete unattentiveness to policies and procedures with my account and dealt with many rude employees within my 3 years with this bank. I will definitely just be switching all of my assets to the Windsor branch as I have never in 15 years had a problem with the way they run their business they are definitely by far my 1st choice to bank with and really give you the small town banking feel that sets them apart"
