"I have been with Mazuma for decades now. I've always had a good experience with them. Friendly staff. Recently I got scammed and was at my wits end because it was over the weekend and I had to wait 2 days. When I went in on Monday Teresa Jones helped me. She understood and took care of me right away. By the time she was finished I called her Dr Teresa because all of my stress seemed to immediately go away. I went back a couple of days later because I had some more questions. I met Maria Arellano-Hodges. She was great too and took care of me right away. Gave me some much needed advice. I would highly recommend this branch of Mazuma."

"I've had bad experiences depositing checks and getting a mortgage. Otherwise they're good. They scolded my wife about depositing a check made out to her new last name. My dad sent my kids some small checks for Christmas, and Mazuma wouldn't deposit them because my toddlers didn't have a bank account. They put me through excessive hassles when I recently got a mortgage. They needed multiple statements from my job about my income, despite all my direct deposits going to them. They had me wait and pay for an appraisal in a scenario where my realtor said it's never necessary for other banks. They kindly locked in my interest rate at the 20 year peak. Their fraud detection process is frustrating. If you hit their fraud detection with a debit card purchase, it takes minutes of waiting (standing at the front of a line in a store!) for them to call you and get it approved. It would be better if they used SMS messages or a notification like other banks."

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dee Ludwig regarding a auto loan inquiry. She address so many available options that would bring balance and beneficial to my current financial needs.
