"Beautiful apartments and ideal location downtown, but from my first few months here I have had to call maintenance several times for things breaking or not working, I have also been out of dishwasher for almost 2 months now because of a backordered part. Great place if your willing to put up with a half working apartment."

"The rental units are clean, well planned, spacious, and fairly modern. It's downtown so you can walk everywhere. Management has changed, and they've told lies, increased rates, and cancelled the only amenity. 1. Tenants received a portal message that nothing would change under new management. 2. A few days later they added a processing fee for online rent payments. 3. The new leasing office manager reduced her hours to 12:00-3:00 and is available only on Monday,Wednesday, and Friday. I'm not sure who this helps. 4. Tenants received a portal message that parking garages would cost $100 per month instead of the previous rate of $50 per month. This is a problem since the garages are not private. There are no walls to separate your garage from the neighboring garage. 5. Tenants received a portal message that valet trash would be canceled with only a few weeks notice. There are literally no other amenities at this apartment complex."

"This is a great place to live. You can't beat the location and the units are clean, well laid out, and well-maintained. There are some great amenities, like a valet trash service that picks your trash up outside your door every night. Even more importantly, the property manager is great. She knows and cares for all the residents. She handles issues promptly and meticulously. She'll go above and beyond to make living here a positive experience. I definitely recommend this property!"

"We have rented at The Briq on 4th Street for almost a year now. Here are things we LOVE: - Apartment management staff (Shania is probably the best management we have ever had at an apartment complex ever) - Modern apartment design - Clean complex - Big, beautiful windows - Parking garages - yay! - Location just can't be beat. Right downtown and near the Walmart Home Office. - Fast turnover for maintenance requests (not always the case in the past, but now that they have an on-site maintenance person, requests are completed FAST! And completed WELL. Marcus is amazing) The only complaint we have is with their corporate management. Although they have been pleasant any time we have spoken with them, they are incredibly difficult to get in contact with. We have reached out to them five times about a question, and they have never returned our voicemails. For most people, this will be irrelevant because they won't need to contact corporate management about anything."

"This is the absolute worst apartment/condo complex I have ever lived in. I have been a resident for 5 weeks and am already looking to relocate. The complex has absolutely zero sound insulation between the floors and my upstairs neighbor (the property manager) makes an excessive amount of noise every single night. It has affected my quality of life and sleep. I have contacted management about this issue on 4 separate occasions and they refuse to do anything. Even though much of the noise that occurs falls inside the city ordinance quiet hours of 10:30pm-7am. Save yourself the hassle and the frustration."
