"Absolutely horrible loan department. I have banked with them for at least 8 years. It has went downhill the past 2 or 3 years. I have had 2 vehicle loans with them, the first one with them years ago was fine. This loan I have now is absolutely a nightmare. The loan officer I was assigned is VERY rude and seems like he feels like he can treat anyone the way he wants. Will be moving to a new bank."
