"Extremely clean establishment with courteous staff. Have had my 2021 Chevy Silverado serviced here for almost 2 years. GM Certified mechanics that have a great knowledge base. As a female, I can trust this service department to do required and needed service and not lead me to unnecessary service. Hayden in the service department is extremely caring and works with you every step of the process. Way to go, Randy Curnow!!"

"Not a great experience. First I had to call them after over 2 weeks to check on my paperwork and they didn’t know they were supposed to send it to me so that already pushed me into nearly past deadline especially with holidays. Next, I asked them to include my taxes in my loan so that I wouldn’t need to pay that when titling. They confirmed they would and I signed documents during the sales agreement showing $454 for taxes. Somewhere between then and financing they dropped the ball and didn’t include it. I didn’t find this out until I went to title the vehicle. I thought that it may have just been accidentally left off the tax line so I called for resolution. I was told I would get a call right back. They never called back until the next morning. The finance person I talked sounded completely uninterested but did confirm it was on the sales agreement and he would see how the manager wanted to proceed. Finally, the manager called back and he did acknowledge the mistake but proceeded to put blame on me for having not asked and reminded them how to do their job during the final finance paperwork. And this was because I should have noticed the initial payment amount presented was 221 not 231. As if payments don’t change in the process? I’ve purchased 6 vehicles from dealers and it is not uncommon for payments to fluctuate slightly start to finish. I had a high trade in which made my taxes be around $500. So the dealership couldn’t have admitted I signed an agreement for that to be financed and ate that mistake? While I understand I do have accountability in the transaction, it is their job to do their job. I won’t be back to any Randy Curnow dealerships or recommend them."

"I bought a car a year ago (2011 GMC Acadia) from Randy Curnow Chevrolet & GMC in Cameron, MO. Within 24 hours of the purchase, the check engine light came on. They did fix it but we had to wait, which delayed our vacation by about 6 hours. Since then, in the past year, it has been in the shop 7 additional times, with various issues, and we have spent $6-7K on repairs. Currently in the shop again, with more problems, and the bill is estimated to be $3K. Would not recommend using this dealership, as they do not have good vehicles or good guarantees. I cannot even leave a star because how bad my experience has been with them!"

"I had a great experience purchasing (vehicle order) my new ’23 Canyon from Randy Curnow. Garret did an amazing job getting me into the vehicle I was seeking while maintaining fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Garret didn’t skip a beat the whole time. They were also not pushy at all, didn’t force service packages, nor price hikes. What a relief from “big city” dealers! I’d highly recommend Randy Curnow and especially working with Garret."
