"Notice all positive reviews posted at the same time? I pulled my kids out for many reasons but nothing awful with the teachers. I asked for their progress reports two days after giving notice and they told me they had thrown them out. (My kids were still attending another two weeks). The owner told the teachers I had problems with them after I specifically stated they were wonderful and they were not any reason why I was leaving. She got UGLY once I gave a notice to leave. I wish I would’ve read some of the reviews before selecting BLS."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Our son started having increased behavioral issues once he started here. The staff doesn't pay close enough attention to the kids either. Allows other kids to not only lift up a chair but hit other kids with it also. Where was the staff when this was going on? Why weren't they able to intervene before a kid got hit. Once we pulled our son out of this daycare his behaviors got better."

"Tiffany is extremely rude. I was made to come pick my toddler up on day 5 of him attending this center because he was throwing a tantrum (god forbid an almost two-year-old throws a fit). Then she yells at me for not downloading the app, proceeded to tell me we are no longer welcome to come there. BLS GRAIN VALLEY PAYS FOR THEIR GOOD REVIEWS. They are NOT A 4.9 star facility! They don’t know how handle toddler tantrums, they yell at the kids and parents (overheard them yelling at kids to go to time out), my son had been pulled to the office numerous times at age 1 because they expect perfect behavior. Yet, my son was bit in the FACE the other day and the girl was not sent home. My son didn’t even hurt anyone and was sent home over a tantrum and he fell asleep after being in the car for five minutes. A bunch of people who don’t know how to handle kids work here. Who puts a ONE YEAR old in time out? They don’t understand that! I did tell TIFFANY off on my way out the exit because she wanted to tell me “Have a great day!” After all that. My son being kicked out of that facility is a huge blessing because they don’t know what they’re doing at all. I will be reporting this daycare. They also charged me $265 for four days (they made me pick him up Friday morning) and I haven’t been refunded for anything not my enrollment fee or key cards."

"Not only did I have a child that attended BLS, but I also worked there. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Tasha was there to greet everyone super early, and she always had a smile on her face. She really has a true love for the kids in her care!! My son loves going to his “school” everyday!!"
