"I'm a Single Mother fixing to start college again next month. So I needed an affordable vehicle with a lower payment than I currently had with my Buick encore. I purchased a vehicle from them & eight days later, it began having issues. I notified them of the issues i was experiencing and that I had an appointment for a thorough diagnosis and that if the problem was major, I would be returning the vehicle that I purchased. I honestly wasn't expecting anything, honestly & they asked me to take it to a local mechanic in Springfield for a diagnosis. After the diagnosis, Lane, my salesman, informed me that if I took it into an automotive shop, they would personally take care of the repairs & even offer to pay for a rental car. I was very skeptical, I would say, and immediately thought the worst, which is out of character for me. JSJ exceeded my expectations, I will say. Their not like any other dealership I've encountered. Aside from their professionalism & hospitality, they displayed they were incredibly patient with me through the challenging process of trading in a vehicle. From my personal experience with them, I've discovered that this is more than just selling cars to people & more than just a job to them, & more than just earning an income. From their actions, they actually care about their customers & they appear that they generally want to do right by their customers as best to their human abilities. So I personally recommend everyone I encounter to come here. It is a beautiful long drive to Grain Valley from Springfield but totally worth the experience. I can't speak for the rest of the team because I personally only worked with Lane. Lane displayed qualities in a Salesman that no longer can be found in this generation. Respect, honesty, hospitality, integrity, manners, diligence, Ethicalism & professional. They mean what they say at JSJ auto sales & they stand by their word & their product.
