"Love this pharmacy. The staff works so hard to keep up with all of our scripts even though they are always short staffed and have to float staff from other stores. They've always been kind and helpful. I appreciate their consistency and their help to get me the best price they can. Occasionally, they have closed early because of a lack of help, but it hasn't been too bad. Remember when you enter the pharmacy in a hurry that they are working as quickly as possible and are usually juggling the job of 4 to 5 people with 2, so stay positive and give them respect like they give us. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"Unfortunately has really gone downhill since this became my closest Walgreens in July. My insurance mandates I use Walgreens. Impossible lines are some of the biggest problems. Today was the worst. Seven cars in the drive thru lane. I have an autoimmune disease but decided to go inside because I didn't have time to wait behind seven people. Even though I need my rescue inhaler, I will come back later since they have probably ten customers standing within a few feet of each other at the pharmacy. Masks aren't required and people have no problem encroaching on people's personal space. I decide to just pick up my photos. There are about 6 people in line there, same thing. No masks, no personal space. I decide to just buy the couple of items I picked out, I approach the front register. The woman comes over, looks right at me and yells to the photo line "I can help someone over here." The rest of the transaction was fine, except when she asked me to pull forward my cart (which was directly in front of the register) so the only person in line behind me can get even closer. There is a reason I have the four foot cart between me and the person behind me. And they were only buying a gift bag, nothing heavy. If you're working in a pharmacy, you should be concerned about people's health. I dont have an issue waiting in lines. I have an issue waiting in unsafe conditions. I understand staffing issues. This was not a staffing issue. There were three store workers, one at photo, one at the front and one restocking batteries/gift cards. There were probably 5 or 6 employees just in the pharmacy."

"It's honestly worth driving outta your way to go literally anywhere else. Nothing but issues every single time I need a prescription. They do this fun little thing, where if they don't wanna fill your prescription that day, they send a text saying there's been an issue with your insurance or the provider, and then just like magic, it's usually fixed the next day. Usually. I recently, however, got the privilege of waiting over 5 days for a RESCUE inhaler that I need to breathe. It's obvious these people could not possibly care less about your medical needs."

"They care more about swabbing people for covid and giving vaccines than getting people their medications. Three trips there in two days and the line is a mile long due to covid testing. Moving our business to sams."
