"I've lived here for almost a month and I can safely say that this has been the worst renting experience I've ever had to endure. The biggest and most important issue was that I was lied to. I was promised that the unit I was moving into would be finished by my move in date, but that was very clearly not the case. I would have been more understanding if management would have contacted me prior to my move in date to inform me of these issues, but that was not the case. They chose to stay silent. The front and back patio were not complete. My back and front yard are both giant piles of dirt and we have no real ETA on when they will be completed. I was just recently given a washer and dryer, although that was not present when I first moved in. I was told that AT&T Fiber was available, but it wasn't until after they didn't show up to my scheduled appointment that I realized that they were not able to set up service, because of the construction. Once I did finally get Internet through Xfinity, the line was cut my the construction company working near my townhome. I had to send multiple emails to management to receive a trashcan and missed multiple trash pickups as a result. All in all, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering renting as management does not seem to care about their tenants or the issues they'll face when living in one of their properties. Update: I've since called and left a message for the office and have not received any callback whatsoever. It seems that they truly do not care about rectifying the situation. This is no way to treat your tenants."

"I’m resident of this neighborhood and it’s an awesome place. Quiet neighbors, the unit we rented is brand new at a very affordable price. The manager Kayla is more than diligent and super gentle. The maintenance staff answer any call or request immediately. The neighborhood has easy access to the highway and has enough convenient stores (like market, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants) so close. For sure moving here was a great family decision!"

"After reading a few of these reviews, I’m questioning if they are real residences. The townhomes look decent from the pictures, but the finishings are all super cheap. My new stove and refrigerator broke the first year living here. The walls are extremely thin and our master bedroom backs up to our neighbors master bedroom so that’s awkward. Also the pipes freeze in the winter so keep that in mind, there are no parking spots for guest. They also charge you for every tiny little fee, I got an additional service fee for my bills ($14). So plan on paying anywhere from $75-$100+ extra a month on top of your utilities. The new owners also took away the gym equipment that was in the leasing office and replaced it with furniture and a pool table that we cannot actually use unless they are there. I used to have a key and was able to use the gym anytime I wanted to before. Don’t bother asking the staff about any concerns you have because there’s nothing they can do. I guess the new owners are completely unreasonable and not caring for their residence. The original owners were amazing, and the staff actually lived on property. On a positive note, I do love our maintenance manager!"
