"I went on a tour here today for the townhomes. It is not worth your time. It is very run down and awful looking inside. The carpet is worn and mismatching. The cabinets have big gaps between the doors. The one we toured had a bad smell. Not too mention when we walked up to the place I stepped in dog poop. I tried to wipe my shoe off, but there was so much dog poop everywhere I couldn't even clean my show off. This is a concrete jungle with little green space. I would not recommend these are so over priced and run down. Don't waste your time. The parking lot of the apartments are full of massive massive pot holes. The staff had no customer service skills."

"Great place to stay. I moved in phase II May 1, 2023 after selling my home. I was a little hesitant because I did not think it was going to have enough space coming from a 4 bedroom house but to my surprise it was, plus the storage unit they have I put the rest of my items in. I appreciate the young ladies in the office and maintenance. The customer service I receive is awesome. You will not be disappointed moving in the Lofts at Old Towne In Grain Valley."

"Beware do not move into these apartments!! The second building has flooded twice and when it happens they don’t care if you’re inconvenienced or have to spend money out of pocket for their mistakes. Not to mention since the apartments have flooded twice they have mold growing all throughout them.They were supposed to have the pool ready by memorial day and when asked when it would be ready they had no idea. The amenities building was supposed to be ready the summer of 2022 and still is not ready as of right now. Additionally they said we could order packages to the amenities building and a month later they say the system to get delivered packages at the office is not in place. If you try to go to the office to get answers they are extremely rude and don’t care to help. I will be moving when my lease is up and would never recommend this place to anyone! The management is terrible and the apartments are built cheaply."

"PLEASE save yourself and do not move here. I would absolutely never recommend these apartments to anybody. To start off, we have had mold in our bathroom for months because of the cheap paint they used in there which is not suitable for a bathroom. The sprinkler system has broken TWICE in one year which has came into our apartment. First time, we were out for nearly a month. This time, it happened on Christmas Eve, water pouring into our home it was like standing in a pond. We have been out for over a week and not a single person has been inside of our apartment. There is mold growing EVERYWHERE. When we filed a claim with our insurance, the office management told them it’s perfectly fine to live in our apartment and that we chose to leave. As I am pregnant and our apartment has water everywhere and mold growing in every single room. They told us when it first happened that they would reimburse us for a hotel. As the time rolled around, they are now refusing to do so. We have decided to break our lease and run as far away from these people as we possibly can. But I’m sure they will try to not give us our deposit back because of damage from THEIR flood. I would NEVER recommend these apartments. They need to be completely torn down."
