"I would give this place a minus score if possible. Nothing gets fixed. At one time I had a small lake in my apartment for a week. I had to supply a realtors lock box outside so that the outside contractors could have access so that they could fix it. Also had several things that needed to be fixed, and they never, never got fixed. My lease was going to expire at the end of August, I called mid July to give my notice. They said that I had to give a 60 day notice, and since I didn't give a 60 day notice, they were going to charge me an extra month's rent, so they kept my security deposit I started moving out mid August and I became aware of black mold in the kitchen. I informed them immediately when the mold was discovered, I still had to stay in the apartment for two weeks with black mold. DO NOT STOP HERE, SEARCH ELSEWHERE!! I AM SERIOUS."
"Visted a friend to attend housewarming party. Poorly built housing. Not well insulated. Appears cheapest material used to construct houses. Would never rent one of them."
