Inquisitive, I sought my friend's wisdom on the treasures this abode holds. My own dwelling lacks such splendors, sparking a curiosity about the wonders this dwelling offers. While my coffers may not overflow at present, this residence gleams like a star atop my wish list, awaiting the day I ascend high enough to grasp its keys."

"If you’re rude, disrespectful, and loud you’ll love it here! The office will let you get away with any kind of noise violations. If you wanna transfer to a different unit? Good luck you have to pay for that. Shouldn’t I be accommodated properly if I can’t even live in my apartment peacefully I can hear EVERYTHING. The dogs barking upstairs and constant pounding and screaming and arguing upstairs. I can’t wait to move out, 10/10 my worst apartment experience EVER. And yes I politely spoke with the neighbor to which I was told to deal with it because it’s apartment living and that reporting the noise will do nothing and he was right the office clearly doesn’t care and act so bothered that I can’t even sleep at night because of the noise. The audacity this place has to call itself luxury this company is a joke. So yes if you’re a loud and disrespectful person LIVE HERE."

"While units may be nice. The sound proofing is terrible and the neighbors are very inconsiderate (at least mine above me) Since the beginning of my lease I and my boyfriend have been restless from the noise of our neighbors. Talked to the neighbors and was just told to deal with it because they have a child and a dog. Reported it countless of times to management. They contacted them the first time and it unfortunately never resolved as the noise still continued keeping us up. was told they can’t do anything and stop their living. Mind you the noise is very abrupt and loud. Repeatedly rough housing with your dog and child late at nights and early morning and all throughout the day against the floor and letting your dog bark for a while is not appropriate for apartment living. Never had to deal with this living at my last apartment below a neighbor with a child and pet. on top of my boyfriend having generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder makes it very hard of living here. You would think as a new tenant they would compensate you and move you to another unit to accommodate, but nope! I was told that we aren’t eligible to transfer to another unit until after 6 months.We can’t wait to buy out of our lease in 6 months! I regret to have made the decision to make this place my home before touring the unit."

"Lived here over a decade ago and had a great experience. Fast forward to moving back in 2020. This place has really gone downhill. Some of the office staff are incredibly rude and condescending whenever called with questions or problems. They don’t keep the place up at all anymore. Painted it this summer (it was long overdue) and, just as with the lawn service, chose the cheapest company, apparently. It looks worse than before. As is pictured, the landscaping is nonexistent. They haven’t added mulch or done anything to protect mulched in areas. There is so much mud run off and there is a lake of water behind my building every time it rains. They are taking full advantage of jacking up rent prices in this economy and offering less and less for it. At this price point…you can do much better. I’m hoping I can get out of the lease early, as this has been the worst experience I’ve had in apartment living so far."
