"Ive been a resident at The Oaks for six years now. The peaceful, pleasant environment is something I appreciate very much. Prices are very competitive and the location offers easy access to 50 hwy, 470 hwy, and 291. Grounds and landscape is always kept up nicely. Friendly and helpful staff make this a nice place to live. I would absolutely recommend The Oaks to family and friends."

"I have lived at two Axiom facilities both of which at the time of living there were under management by the property manager Charity. The Oaks is the perfect mixture of value/location, staff is friendly and always prompt to any maintenance requests. Buildings are a bit on the older side but none the less I have no complaints and would recommend this place."

"The Oaks is a great place to live. There's a good variety of floor plans to choose from to make the right choice for you (and your family). Charity is the BEST property manager around! We left a property she managed at about a year ago, rented with a different property management company and then moved here to the Oaks because we knew Charity would treat us with respect and dignity. "The place is great for first-time renters, but it will not be deep cleaned when you get there, so bring cleaning supplies. Also, they will give you no notice when coming into your home. I was naked and asleep when I woke up to find somebody doing work on my fan. Another time I was in my underwear (our AC was broken for almost the entire year we were there and they do 6month switches between heat and cold) and then suddenly saw people on my deck. I then heard a knock on the door and was told that they were taking my balcony down and building another one. Also, if something is broken theyll take momths to fix it unless you make it seem like an emergency. Basically, it's okay but not the best.... just wanna warn people about the complete lack of respect of privacy if you're moving in bc I was not."
