"I have lived at Villa Medici for 4 years now. It has changed hands a couple of times. But, only for the better!! We currently have an awesome management staff! Super friendly and easy to talk to. The new management has been making great strides to improve the property!! Recently painted the entire property and also resurfaced the pool area!! The maintenance staff works long hours to keep everyone happy!! Super handy and very friendly!! We appreciate all of you very much!! Also, you could not find a more peaceful property anywhere!"

"Villa Medici has been my favorite place to live, we love it here! We planned on being here a year but have stayed for 6. They are older and have older systems but if you can have a little patience with that, the apartments are well made and roomier than most of your more recently built apartments. It’s like a little community here and we like that a lot. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful year round. There have been some management changes in the past few years but the current owners are on top of things like a well oiled machine. The maintenance team is extremely responsive - top notch. This place is a gem!"
"I love living here. I have a beautiful patio and the grounds are also quite beautiful. The apartment is comfortable but need upgrading. My only complaint is the way the heating system works. No heat if it’s 60, so many cold showers are in the offing. We pay a lot for utilities and should be able to turn on the heat when needed."
