"To whom it may concern: if you're a lazy person who doesn't feel like cleaning up after their pets, then this is the place for you to live. The management does nothing when it comes to enforcing pet cleanup!!! They have dog poop all over their property!!! I live in the neighborhood adjacent to Springhill apartments and those lazy tenants let their dogs poop in my yard all the time without cleaning it up!! I've called several times without anything being done. The last time when I raised my voice they hung up on me. As I said over the phone... DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE, AND MAKE YOUR TENANTS CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS!!! Worst apartment property I've ever walked my dog on!!"
"I’m not moved in completely yet, but my apartment was extremely clean, looked well taken care of for me! Have to say while looking, inquiring with everything that’s involved Jessie and I believe her name is Crystal made it smooth for me. They were both very warm and friendly, and that made me feel comfortable! Yes I highly recommend Springhill Apartments!"
