"I lived there from July 2020- January 2021. Great place to live. Erin insured my move in with smooth. She worked with me when my dates changed. Area is beautiful and well kept. Her team insured that the smallest request were taken care of promptly. I would recommend Windsor Townhomes to anyone looking for a place to live in the nearby area. Did I mention that Erin was a amazing manager. When I return to Missouri for work I will defiantly be moving back."
"We loved here with little knowledge of the town. Not to be disappointed, we had the best view in the City from the hilltop. Maintenance was always prompt, townhouse was clean and up to date, and property management (Erin A.) was absolutely amazing. We always felt taken care of and were happy as tenants while there."
"Amazing experience. I moved to Platte City on Military orders and didn't feel comfortable signing a 1 year lease knowing id only be there temporarily. Beth was awesome and let me go month to month. I move a lot for the Military and have had to jump through hoops to get out of leases and stress signing leases knowing I'll be moving soon. This was a very stress free situation and I'm so grateful to finally have a landlord that treats the Uniformed Personnel the right way (and of course civilians too). Quiet neighborhood with a perfect commute to St. Joseph, Fort Leavenworth and Kansas City. I recommend this place to anyone."
