"I live here for 4 years and had no problems never late on rent then they will not renew my lease now, so what's up with that? They done me a favor by not renewing my lease it is infested with bed bugs, cockroaches, the building is not secure people run in and out day and night elevators don't work half the time, washers and dryers don't work 90% of the time, and to get something fixed huh that's funny."
"Seeing what this apartment was before the new management, I can say this place really improved over the last few years. The units have been updated, and the neighborhood is quiet. No drama from the neighbors and affordable rent, which is all I need."
